In what will be a Three Way Contenders Match, where the winner becomes No 1 Contender to the PTW Heavyweight Title; we have now added the mysterious Gold Thunder into the mix, and he will face off against ‘The Dark Angel’ Mayhem w/Dan Edge. All that is left to know now, is who is the boss’s “mystery choice”? With Peter Staniforth’s infamously large address book, this could be pretty much anyone….from anywhere. Peter is well known for loving to stir things up, and everyone is waiting to see who his choice will be.

IT’S ALL ABOUT THE TAG TEAMS!

It’s time for something new in PTW, and that will be a match that is titled “Six Tag Team Rumble Gauntlet - Over The Top Rope Elimination - Winning Team Stays On!”. Two teams will start, for a team to be eliminated from the match; one of it’s members has to go over the top rope. The team with two members will stay on, and another team will enter; with winner stays on rules. The tag teams that have stepped up to the plate in this one, are Paul McSherry & Kevin Carter, ‘The Enforcers’ Braddock & Frantastic, Mean N’ Green (Anton Green & Maverick) w/Mr Tenacious, Youth Gone Wild (Will Davison & Ant Lacayo), ‘The Natural Superstars’ Darren Mason & Nathan Irwin; and Aphrodite & Mikey The Pikey. Who will stand tall in the ring at the end of this one?

Classic Championship Wrestling (4/22): Official Update!

Steve Blackman makes his return to the ring April 26 for Classic Championship Wrestling of PA (CCW). On Saturday he will team with The Cremator and Vargus to take on Rob Noxious, Jason Havoc and a surprise partner.

Also in action will he the team of Dawg Pound consisting of Lobo Loco and D-Licious taking on the Team of Pretty Ugly which is Adam Ugly and Jimmy Dream.

There will also be a 4 way dance for the Trash Talking Radio Title as Mean Mark Mest will defend the belt against Rockin Rebel, Kage and a yet to be named 4th participant.

Bell Time is 7PM at the Marysville Lions Club, Marysville PA. Tickets are available at 717-623-1170.

DeMarco has recent made Marion Fontaine the target of his abuse, but tonight will set out to crush the dreams of Ohio’s most unlikely star. Will DeMarco be successful? Will doctors’ recent concerns over potential long-term damage to Iron’s head stemming from his last concussion hold true? Grudge Tag & Three Title Matches Signed For April 26th Event

Full Impact Pro returns to action on April 26th for “Dangerous Intentions 2008″ at its homebase of Crystal River, FL with a huge event (check www.FullImpactPro.com for ticket & building info). Already signed is a grudge tag team match as Black Market of Joey Machete & Shawn Murphy return to FIP to seek revenge against The Dark City Fight Club of Korey Chavis and Jon Davis.

Chavis and Davis made quite an impact on FIP and Black Market. They attacked Machete outside his home and put him in the hospital, forcing him to miss the “Redefined” FIP event. Then at “Redefined” they brutally attacked Shawn Murphy, knocking him out of action. Now Black Market will finally get a chance at revenge in the first meeting between these two teams. This grudge tag team match will only be one of the featured attractions as three big title matches have been signed for April 26th.

“If you thought you have seen Black Market violent before,” Machete said, “you haven’t seen anything yet. Dark City Fight Club brought violence to the next level by attacking me outside my home, right in front of my family. Now we are going to take things to the next level on April 26th in Crystal River. You’ve never seen Black Market like this before.”

Stipulation Announced For FIP World Heavyweight Title Match

The feud between FIP World Heavyweight Champion Roderick Strong and Erick Stevens is red hot. It got even hotter at the March 29th ROH event in Orlando when Strong and Stevens fought in a bloodbath. Strong then took Stevens’ identity by shaving his mohawk, which Stevens has had his entire career (see highlights of this for free in the current ROH Video Wire at ROHvideos.com). Now these two will collide on April 26th in Crystal River, Florida.

The issue between these two cannot be settled in a normal match. After they battered each other in Orlando until neither man could stand, they will fight in a Last Man Standing Match for the FIP World Heavyweight Title on April 26th.

“This is going to be a war and I wouldn’t want it any other way,” Stevens said. “Roddy has taken my belt in what should have been the most glorious night of my career. Now he has taken my identity. I’m going to take what he loves more than anything and that’s the FIP World Heavyweight Title. Get ready for a battle, Crystal River.”

Briscoes Set For Rematch For FIP Tag Team Titles

The YRR of Kenny King & Jason Blade shocked everyone by winning the FIP Tag Team Titles from Jay & Mark Briscoe last November. They have done their best to duck The Briscoes, but they can’t avoid them anymore. King & Blade will defend the belts vs. Jay & Mark Briscoe on April 26th in Crystal River, FL. The Briscoes are determined to win the titles back.

“We are going to pull out everything we got on April 26th,” Jay Briscoe said. “Ya’ll better man up when The Briscoes come to Crystal River. Those are our belts and they are coming back to me and my brother.”

Delirious Gets Florida Heritage Title Shot

Delirious has become a thorn in the side of Sal Rinauro and The YRR. He has even pinned Florida Heritage Champion Rinauro on two occasions, including ROH’s “Proving Ground” event last January. Now Delirious will get his shot at the belt. It will be Rinauro vs. Delirious for the Florida Heritage Title on April 26th in Crystal River, FL.

“I have even less respect for Delirious than I do for the so called hall of famers from Florida like Eddie Graham and Gordon Solie,” Rinauro said. “The only good thing about this match is afterwards I’ll have my choice of Delirious’ mask or the Florida Heritage belt for toilet paper.”

Main Event Announced For WSU’s 4/20 Event
The WSU Championship scene will be decisively decided once and for all on 4/20, as new WSU Champion Nikki Roxx defends her championship in a Triple Threat Match against the two co-number 1 contenders, Alexa Thatcher & Cindy Rogers. This match must have a winner as only a pinfall or submission will win the match. Furthermore, all WSU talent is barred and banned from interfering in this match. Any wrestler or personality that attempts to interfere in this match will be suspended from WSU for a year. This match will settle once and for all the true WSU Champion.

This show will take place on Sunday, April 20th, at the ECPW arena, located at 87 N. Beverwyck Road in Lake Hiawatha, NJ with a special 2:30 belltime.

This will be a special one show DVD taping and will be used to showcase all the local talent in the area. Mercedes Martinez vs Becky Bayless
The first match between these two took place on 3/22 during the WSU J-Cup tournament. This was a hard hitting match, as Mercedes took the fight to Becky Bayless. Becky, knowing she couldn’t match strength with Mercedes, tried using her brains to outwit Mercedes & the WSU referees! Becky handed Mercedes a loaded object, then fell down while the ref wasn’t looking. The ref turned around and thought Mercedes KO’d Becky, calling for a DQ win for Becky Bayless. However, WSU Commissioner, Tammy “Sunny” Sytch came out to overrule the ruling and demanded the match to be restarted, inserting herself as referee to make sure no funny business went down! The match was restarted and Mercedes Martinez showed her dominance and desire, defeating Becky, enroute to winning the WSU J-Cup Tournament.

Now, Becky Bayless is pissed as she feels that she was screwed out of the J-Cup tournament. Becky, who hasn’t made many friends in WSU, has seemingly formed an alliance with new WSU Champion Nikki Roxx. Is Becky planning on using her friendship and seedy tactics to take out Mercedes? Becky vows that she won’t be beat by Mercedes and plans on returning the favor on 4/20. Mercedes told WSUWrestling.com, that she doesn’t care who she has to wrestle, as every match just gets her closer to a WSU title shot. Mercedes vs Becky Bayless is 100% on, and you can bet that the winner of this will make their case to become number 1 contender to the WSU Championship.

Angel Orsini vs Kacee Carlisle
4/20 will be the night of many debuts, and Kacee Carlisle is one of the wrestlers debuting. Kacee Carlisle has won championships all over the country and is looking to test her mettle and prove to everyone in the wrestling world that she can swim with the big fish in the big pond that is WSU.

Kacee Carlisle asked WSU for only the best competition, as she did not want an easy match. Angel Orsini, coming off an impressive J-Cup performance, has answered Kacee’s challenge.

Angel Orsini is one of the best wrestlers WSU has to offer. Angel has made it clear that she plans on getting a WSU title shot soon and will take out anyone in her path. By asking for the best WSU has to offer, Kacee may have gotten in over her head from day one. However, Kacee is determined and is on a quest to be the best, and Angel may fall victim as Kacee plans to trailblaze to the top. This first-time ever match is set and should be an eye opener.

8-Woman Elimination Tag Team War!
The Beatdown Betty’s (Roxxie Cotton/Annie Social/Rick Cataldo/Rebecca Payne) vs Amy Lee/Missy Sampson/Alere Little Feather/Jana

On 4/20 there will be alot of firsts, and this match is an example of that, as this will be the first ever 8-Woman Tag Team Match in WSU History! We know that the ever flamboyant Rick Cataldo is in this match, but he demanded that WSU advertise this match as a womans match and not an intergender match, because according to him, “I’m more Diva than anyone on the WSU roster!”

The Beatdown Betty’s was created by Roxxie Cotton. Roxxie, who has not won a match yet in WSU, is super frustrated and has found people in the WSU locker room who are also on the negative end when it comes to win-loss records.

Roxxie’s first recruit was Rick Cataldo. Cataldo, fresh off firing his lawyer who he deemed wasn’t living up to his end of the deal, met Roxxie at the mall. The two then went on a shopping spree together, where they spent alot of time trying on clothes, chewing gum and talking about boys.

Next to join the Beatdown Betty’s was Annie Social. Annie seems to be the odd woman out of the trio, as she doesn’t have the same interests as Roxxie or Cataldo. It seems that Annie tolerates the two, as they fight the common enemy in WSU. Just watch the matches to see the chemistry, or lack thereof in the ring!

WSUWrestling.com was informed that after the J-Cup tournament, Rebecca Payne felt slighted by WSU management. Payne said that she was forced to team with a jabroni ticket seller at the WSU King & Queen tournament. Payne then said WSU didn’t give her time to prepare against Angel Orsini at the WSU J-Cup. Payne, sporting an 0-2 record, sent feelers to Roxxie, and Roxxie has accepted Payne on a probation basis to join the Beatdown Betty’s.

The Beatdown Betty’s have had their hands full with Jana, Alere Little Feather, Amy Lee & Missy Sampson in the past. Now it all comes to a head in this explosive 8 Woman Elimination Tag Team Match War! Will The Betty’s get their first win as a collective unit or will the powerful team of Lee/Sampson/Feather/Jana be just too strong? Find out on 4/20!

Miss Belmont vs Discord
Two new comers to WSU will meet for the first time ever in their careers. Both are known to be from the dark side which makes this match appealing. Both, who are known for their gothic lifestyles, feel that the other is “fake” and not true goth. Belmont feels that Discord uses the gothic lifestyle as a way to a make her name for herself, while Discord feels that Belmont is a poser. Who’s the real dark princess of WSU? Find out on 4/20.

In a special edition of Missy’s Manor, “The First Lady of Wrestling”, Missy Hyatt, will conduct the first interview with WSU Womens Champion Nikki Roxx. Making matters more special, Becky Bayless will also be appearing on the manor! Maguire’s message was clear: He takes objection to Bane’s claims of being the most dominant man in Ohio, instead of his unstoppable monster Cronus. Maguire has laid out an open challenge to Bane on two occasions, but both times has not stuck around to follow through on them. Bane has promised to be in attendance this week and to personally seek out and confront both Cronus & Aaron Maguire in the broadcast. Will Bane find what he’s looking for? Will Aaron Maguire let his charge Cronus stick around long enough for confrontation this week? And who truly is the most dominant man in Ohio today?

The Michigan elitist Mattson has been quick to boast about never being pinned in a PWO ring, however his opponent this week is gracing a PWO ring for the very first time. One of Florida’s premier indy promotions has plenty of information to share about this Saturday’s big card – and more!

“Unfinished Business” is the best way to describe the issue between Roderick Strong and Austin Aries. Now FIP will see the next chapter. FIP World Heavyweight Champion Roderick Strong will put the belt on the line against arch-rival Austin Aries this Saturday when FIP returns to Crystal River, FL. These two have battled in one of ROH’s most intense feuds. Aries defeated Davey Richards at the last FIP event to become the #1 contender. Now this epic war is coming to Florida and the FIP World Heavyweight Title is on the line (check www.FullImpactPro.com for building and ticket info).

“It is going to be a great week for me in Florida,” Aries said. “First, I win the FIP World Heavyweight Title this Saturday in Crystal River. Then one week later on March 29th I win the ROH World Title in Orlando. Remember something Roderick Strong, I beat you the last two times we met. That belt is mine.”

“It will be so sweet when I defeat Austin this Saturday,” Strong said. “Last time in Crystal River I proved that this belt means more to be than anything. It means more than the fans applause. It means more than any past history I have with Erick Stevens. There is nothing more important than this and now I will finally get a chance to shut Austin up for good.”

Unique ROH World Title Match Signed For Crystal River

ROH World Champion Nigel McGuinness promised he would defend the belt in FIP. He will keep his promise this Saturday in Crystal River, FL. The Ring Of Honor World Title will be on the line and a unique challenger has stepped up.

This challenger has secured an open contract from the FIP office. He boasts an undefeated record in ROH. In fact, he defeated a man that pinned McGuinness last weekend. These credentials plus some negotiating have made Larry Sweeney the man to challenge McGuinness this Saturday.

“(loud laughing) I said I would change the face of ROH,” Sweeney said. “Now my hostile takeover will be complete when I, Larry Sweeney, win the ROH World Title in Crystal River. Then I’ll take the belt into Orlando and defend it against Austin Aries. You losers of Crystal River are looking at the new ROH World Champion and there ain’t no doubt about it.”

Tyler Black, Briscoes In Hot Pursuit Of The YRR

Jay & Mark Briscoe will make their return to FIP this Saturday and they want the FIP Tag Team Titles back. Kenny King & Jason Blade won the belts from The Briscoes in controversial fashion last November and The Briscoes have yet to get a rematch. The Briscoes even jumped The YRR in Boston at a ROH event last January. Now The YRR have stated that The Briscoes must earn a title rematch.

This Saturday in Crystal River, FL will see FIP Florida Heritage Champion Sal Rinauro team with one half of the tag champs Kenny King to take on The Briscoes. This will be non-title since the other half of the FIP tag champs Jason Bade isn’t in the match. If The Briscoes defeat The YRR this Saturday they will get a shot in the future. If they don’t, they will never get a rematch for the FIP Tag Team Titles against The YRR.

The other half of the tag champs Jason Blade has challenged Tyler Black of The Age Of The Fall to a bout. Black was quick to accept. Blade and the rest of The YRR hate Black for luring Lacey & Rain away from The YRR. Black is looking to even score against The YRR for a controversial loss to Rinauro last month. Lacey & Rain will be in Black’s corner and it will be interesting to see what role they play. The YRR will be faced with their enemies this Saturday in Crystal River.

CWF Mid-Atlantic (2/29): Major News!

CWF MID-ATLANTIC’S “BATTLE LINES” THIS SATURDAY, MARCH 1st, IN
BURLINGTON, NC

*** Sheik’s Army lays claim to Mid-Atlantic Title!

CWF Mid-Atlantic returns to the Carolina Sports Arena in Burlington,
NC this Saturday, March 1st, with a 7:30pm belltime. This is a
huge event with a full card of action!

Sheik Lumpkin’s Arab Army is finally set to lay claim to the title
that the financial backers in Abu-Dhabi have wanted for over a year as
Marcellus King will face Ric Converse for the Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight
Title. King scored a non-title victory over Converse just two weeks
ago thanks to an assist from the Arab Army’s Adjutant General, Michael
McAllister, while Sheik Lumpkin was finalizing new deals in the Middle
East.

Converse was stunned as the Arab Army rolled over him in a post-match
beat down as they further celebrated the huge win. Army member
Gregory Vercetti was even seen phoning in the results to Sheik Lumpkin
in between dropping the boots on the downed Converse.

Now the stakes have been raised as King will receive a coveted
championship bout with both Sheik Lumpkin and A.G. McAllister in his
corner. Will this spell the end of Converse’s forth title reign and
the beginning of a new reign of terror under the Arab Army? This is a
main event that is sure to leave the fans talking for weeks!!!

Another huge title match is also signed for this Saturday night in
Burlington as “High Definition” Steve Greene will defend his
Mid-Atlantic TV Title against a former champion, Mikael Yamaha.
Yamaha has asked for more high profile matches after dispatching
Matthew D. Nero and Fatback Enterprises and this week he will step
into the spotlight of a TV Title bout.

Greene commented on his upcoming title defense, “Yamaha wants more
competition? Well it’s time to upgrade you from that black and white
screen you’ve been on right up to the High Def that Steve Greene

A Declaration of War on March 1st
Pro Wrestling Riot returns to action this Saturday night, March 1st, with a Declaration of War. There are a number of top groups in the company and many have joined forces during the first three shows. The battles get more intense next Saturday night. We will see 911 Incorporated continue to battle Bruce Santee and Sideshow; and The Lifeguards and Delta Iota Kappa will face Club 305 and the Heartbreak Express.

Team Vision Returns at Full Strength
Was last month’s performance by Kenny King of Team Vision a fluke or will his upset loss to Jaison Moore be the first step in the demise of Team Vision? Now that Chasyn Rance is back at full strength after his foot injury and Mister Saint Laurent returns to Pro Wrestling Riot. Will Kenny King gain revenge on Jaison Moore? With Delta Iota Kappa involved in the Warfare Elimination Tag Match, who is next for Team Vision.

Who Will Quit at Declaration of War?
At the last show, the referee stopped the tag match between 911 Incorporated and the team of Bruce Santee and Sideshow. Sideshow showed everyone how he felt about that when he attacked the referee. That led to next Saturday’s I Quit Tag Team Match featuring these same four men. Without a referee’s assistance, will Francisco Ciatso or Kory Chavis be able to get Santee or Sideshow to say that they quit?

What is Next for the Former World Champion?
Erick Stevens returns to Pro Wrestling Riot on March 1st but he is without the FIP World Heavyweight Title after losing it to Roderick Strong at FIP’s Redefined in an early match of the year contender. Stevens returns to the Riot ring at Declaration of War to face Jon Davis in a match billed as a “Battle of the Bulls”. Jon Davis was not at the last Riot show, but he looks forward to getting in the ring with one of Florida’s best wrestlers. Will Davis get the upset over Stevens or will Erick take out his frustration over losing the title on Davis?

Tag Team Warfare Match at Declaration of War
The Heartbreak Express made quite an impact at the last Pro Wrestling Riot show and they got involved in the feud between the Lifeguards and Club 305. With Team Vision not in full force, Sean and Phil Davis decided to challenge Delta Iota Kappa and they made quite an impression on the fans in Port Richey. The Heartbreak Express have not always been in the best mood during their matches, but they will be even more vicious after losing a Loser Can Never Wrestle in FIP match at Redefined in Crystal River last week. Will both teams be able to work together in this match or will the egos of these wrestlers get in the way of winning?

A few days after a Pro Wrestling Unplugged event, PWU would have announced some matches for our next live event.

However, due to PWU Owner Tod Gordon’s hospitalization, it will be next week before anything will be announced for Pro Wrestling Unplugged’s return on Saturday, March 15 at 2:30 pm to the New Alhambra Arena (former ECW Arena), 7 Ritner ST in Philadelphia, PA.

TOD GORDON INJURY UPDATE

After Saturday’s attack on Tod Gordon by Johnny Kashmere, The SAT, Adam Flash, & KJ Hellfire, Gordon was taken to the hospital & determined to have several broken ribs. After complaints of neck & back pain, Gordon was diagnosed with whiplash.

After being released from the hospital, he was given a neck brace for the next 3-5 weeks & given bed rest for the rest of the week, meaning it will be next week before any matches are announced for PWU’s March 15 event.

PWU TITLE DEFENSE THIS FRIDAY IN ERIE!

PWU World Heavyweight champion John McChesney makes a “Fabulous” first title defense THIS FRIDAY NIGHT against RAYMOND ROWE at the Cauley Auditoriun, 215 East 4th Street in Erie, PA at 7:30 pm.

Pro Wrestling Rampage took advantage of the fact Erie’s own John McChesney won the title Saturday & announced the PWU title defense this week. On our last broadcast, Sassy Steph introduced PWO audiences to Colin & Jimmy Olsen, her hand-selected team to fight off the threat of Josh Prohibition & Johnny Gargano. That same night, Colin Olsen went one-on-one with Johnny Gargano and, thanks to a little help from the inspirational Gregory Iron and his continued psychological advantage over the bruised ego of the man he defeated Johnny Gargano, Colin Olsen pinned the cocky prodigy in the center of the ring. This week, it’s tag team action, as The Olsens attempt to go 2-0 in PWO and Prohibition and Gargano attempt to get back on the winning track. Indeed, it will be anything but science fiction when the man known in some circles as Colin Delaney joins his tag partner to battle PWO’s most hated duo.

Cronus (w/ Agent Aaron Maguire) vs. Mike Tolar
The indestructible Cronus has left body after body battered and beaten since joining forces with the mind behind the might Aaron Maguire. Cronus continues the destruction, and Aaron continues raking in the cash as a result. However, they’ll each have a tough time obtaining their goal this weekend as Cronus battles the debuting Mike Tolar. Tolar is a natural athlete, a Division 1 champion at St. Edward High School, and NCAA All American at Kent State University, and former OVW competitor as well. Tolar has all the tools to go all the way, but will his extensive amatear credentials to be enough to conquer the unconquerable?

“DeeeLicious” Jimmy DeMarco vs. Matthew Justice
Another debut this weekend on PWO TV will be that of “DeeeLicious” Jimmy DeMarco, who certainly brings a unique reputation along with him. A man labeled as a mental, emotional, social, and sexual deviant, DeMarco may be the most unusual athlete in the area today. Furthermore to his reputation, he proudly proclaims his hometown of Pittsburgh, Pa, which doesn’t endear himself one bit to the suburban Cleveland capacity crowd. His opponent, Matthew Justice, original from Venice Beach, CA, now proudly makes his home in the Cleveland area, and is more than happy to fight for the honor of his entire hometown. Big Changes are underway at FIP. Find out all about them — right from the official source!

Full Impact Pro’s “Redefined” event on February 16th in Crystal River, Florida lived up to its name. The show saw a new chapter in FIP start. Future editions of the FullImpactPro.com Headlines will look at all the changes in more details. For now, here is the skinny on how FIP became “Redefined” on February 16th:

-Roderick Strong shocked everyone when he maliciously attacked Erick Stevens with a chair during their FIP World Heavyweight Title Match. The attack, done when the ref was knocked down (and it is questionable if Strong pulled the ref into harm’s way), gave Strong the win by countout and made him the new FIP World Heavyweight champion. This is the first time Strong crossed the line and turned on the fans in FIP.

-New lighting system giving the show a much better look.

-New mobile studio set.

-Live commentary to give the DVDs more energy.

-Dave Prazak lost his managerial license when his charge, Davey Richards, lost to Austin Aries in an explosive opening bout. FIP was “Redefined” right away here as DP Associates is no more. Prazak will now strictly do commentary for the FIP DVDs. This ends an over three year run by DP Associates in FIP.

-Lacey & Rain leave The YRR to join Tyler Black with The Age Of The Fall. This symbolizes that ROH and FIP will now have complete consistency with their characters and storylines.

-The Heartbreak Express of Sean & Phil Davis can never wrestle in FIP again. They lost a red hot handicap match to Shawn Murphy of Black Market. Murphy’s partner Joey Machete didn’t make the event as he was attacked by two masked men when he left his home. Murphy was viciously attacked by two masked men after this match. The Heartbreak Express were a staple of FIP and two time FIP Tag Team Champions.

-Who are the masked men and what does their future hold in FIP?

A new World Champion, no more DP Associates and Heartbreak Express, mysterious new talent and production improvements all led to FIP becoming “Redefined” on February 16th. Rumors are circulating that this was only the first step of FIP becoming new again. What will happen next in FIP? Looks like we’ll have to wait until March 22nd to find out.

FIP will return to action on March 22nd, just one week before ROH is set to debut in Orlando, FL. You better believe that the March 22nd show will have ramifications for the ROH event. We’ll have much more info soon. The first talent roster for March 22nd has been announced. It will feature the return of former FIP Tag Team Champions Jay & Mark Briscoe. It’s now official! WWE and Bobby Lashley have come to terms on his release.

After a lot of rumors and general hubbub surrounding the status of Bobby Lashley, it appears that he is gone from WWE. No word yet on his plans.

All of the RAW and Smackdown shows before No Way Out — that’s two episodes of each – will be taped this week. WWE will record an extra RAWSmackdown on Tuesday and Wednesday. Out-of-US touring is the main reason.
