Hulk Hogan Names in Lawsuit!
Hulk Hogan is being sued by attorneys for the man who was critically injured in a Florida car crash involving the celebrity wrestler’s son.
John Graziano’s attorneys filed suit against Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea.
The suit claims that the wrestler and his estranged wife, Linda, are liable as the parents of 17-year-old Nick Bollea, who is also named in the suit.
Graziano was a passenger in Nick Bollea’s Toyota Supra when Bollea crashed into a tree in August.
Attorneys said that they will seek millions of dollars for the now incapacitated Iraq war veteran. He will require care for the rest of his life.
The attorney for Terry and Nick Bollea, Morris Weinberg, said that he isn’t surprised by the suit and likely will make an issue out of Graziano’s failure to wear a seat belt.
